Small Groups

We invite you to “join” RiverStone by joining a small group in your area! Our vision is to connect each member of RiverStone into a group in which they can grow in community with one another but also to touch the community around them. STARTING MARCH 3, 2020 GIANT SLAYERS, Ground Rules for Overcoming Life’s Biggest Obstacles by LEIF HETLAND
Enter the story of David and Goliath like never before. Learn the practical “ground rules” that will bring you into a life of facing your fears, overcoming obstacles, and slaying the giants that keep you from fulfilling your destiny! A quick lesson in life is: If you want to kill giants, learn from the giant killers. Leif Hetland is among the giant slayers of today for sure. Few men live in a constant flow of faith and power as does Leif. His passion for the lost and willingness to go into the darkest places of the world are among the few in the history of Christianity. Giant Slayers is a book that will inspire you to live up to who God has called you to be while encouraging you to make the right steps in developing who you are along the way. I highly recommend Leif’s new book, Giant Slayers. – DANNY SILK
No childcare provided. For more information: 770-789-1238 or Info is also available at
We meet at Mike and Diane Leonard’s home at 3130 Lily Way, Kennesaw, 30144.

Keeping Your Love On (KYLO) reveals the higher, Jesus-focused standard defined by mature love—love that stays ‘on’ no matter what. Our home group will meet Friday nights beginning in early March to dive deep into what KYLO means – and hopefully along the way our marriages, family, social and work relationships will be all the stronger for it. The study guide will cost $12 per person. We’ll meet at 2601 Lone Oak Trail in Kennesaw. Childcare will not be provided and the group is anticipated to be an eclectic mix of folks in various stages of life. For more information, please feel free to reach out to Shane (678) 778-5208 or Berkley@LongFamily.Name.

Billy Gay

We are a men’s small group ages 21 and older who meet MOST Saturdays from 0700-0830 at the Daily Grind Coffee Shop Conference Room (3960 Mary Eliza Trace). Currently, we meet and are reading aloud (no homework for this group – just show up!) John Eldredge’s book, “Waking the Dead”.  We are informally and spontaneously discussing the thought-provoking content of this book. Our objective as a group is to achieve the proverbial setting of “iron sharpening iron”. This is a small group where men are able to discuss the challenges that we, as men, face in the world, daily. Seeking truth and God’s purpose in our lives in a world of distortion, we share, question, vent sometimes, agree or even disagree, but respectfully. We stand shoulder-to-shoulder as brother warriors and occasionally offer accountability feedback, but always acceptance. Join us whenever you can. We’re glad to welcome you. Contact Billy Gay at 678-386-8201 or

This group is for married couples. We meet the third Saturday of the month at 7 pm. Marriage is an opportunity to become Christlike as we walk out the life that God has intended within our homes. We want to help you in this walk, because it’s definitely a challenge at times! From marriage comes family. So much of what we want people to understand is the impact that marriage has on the family. Healthy marriages create healthy families and healthy families change the world around us. We want each person to truly believe that he/she can be the person God has called them to be as well as the husband or wife God has called them to be. Marriage is so valuable in the kingdom of God and we want to come alongside you as you walk this road. We meet at: 77 Windsor Way Dallas Ga 30132 Contact us at, or
