RS Residency

The RiverStone Residency equips young adults with a missional mindset for life ministry through teaching, training, and project development.
The idea of a residency was first vocalized during an impromptu staff lunch nearly a year ago. We had a collective dream to help young adults live in vibrant, persistent, and genuine Christianity by sharing the resources and connections from our church body.
This residency is meant for you. We want to equip you for missional living, train you in relevant skills, teach you the foundations of long-term life-ministry, connect you with godly networks, and provide opportunities for you to encounter God. Our teachers, mentors, and host homes have committed to curating experiences that benefit you.
What to Expect
May 16 - July 26, 2026
During these ten weeks, residents will participate in devotions, teachings, outreach, church services, bands, mentoring, project development, and staff gatherings. To kick off the residency, we will join the 2026 Awakening Project Conference in Wilmore, KY. The schedule is full-time, so outside work or classes are strongly discouraged.
We expect full engagement with every aspect of the residency and encourage questions as they come. Residents receive a stipend of $2000. We accept applications from young adults who love God and are interested in missional living for any career aspirations. Because there are a limited number of spots available, we encourage you to apply early.
