Long-term ministry preparation for young adults

RS Residency

May - July 2025

The RiverStone Residency prepares young adults for long-term ministry through teaching, training, and hands-on experience.

During these ten weeks, residents will participate in devotions, teachings, outreach, church services, small groups, mentoring, project development, and staff gatherings.

We will join the 2024 Awakening Project Conference in Lexington, KY, to kick off the residency. The general schedule is Sunday mornings 9 AM – 12 PM and Monday through Thursday 9 AM – 4 PM. Occasional variations in the schedule will occur, and many will be predetermined.

Residents receive a $3000 stipend. We accept applications from young adults who love God and are interested in long-term ministry or missional living in any vocation.
